i dunno if this is natural enough for you but you can buy a clear coat nailpolish that makes your nails grow faster.
I don't know any natural ways to make your nails grow longer but my friend bought this nail polish from Aprhodite which made her nails grow faster and stronger.
Vitamins at the moment I cant remember which ones though anyway that and if you push ur cuticles down lower they should grow faster it works for me and if u want them to get stronger its not natural but u can always use some nail polish that strengthens the nail
