Do you prefer Fake or Natural nails?.?

Do you prefer Fake or Natural nails, do you ever wonder if Fake nails are doing you any harm?eg. Chemicals.Do you prefer Fake or Natural nails?.?
I personally like both for different reasons. Fake nails are good when I am working (either in hospitality or childcare) because they are stronger and you can't scratch kids with them. I also like that you don't have to do anything with them.





However, natural nails and by far nicer. They don't look as trashy and there are obvious economic benefits. I also think that your hands say something about who you are as a person, and your nails are a part of that message. Sometimes, covering them up takes away from your image.





Also, with fake nails you have got to be careful about getting fungus between the real nail and the acrylic, cause that is nasty and unhealthy. When I went back to natural nails, it took over six months for my nails and nail beds to fully recover, which also sucked.Do you prefer Fake or Natural nails?.?
i like fake nails i cant grow mine out they are to weak

Natural. I don't like fake nails at all, fortunately I have a job where my nails are not likely to get damaged.
Mine don't grow well and I wore Acrylics ones for years


But it messed up my nail bed and it took over a year of not wearing them to grow out natural


I miss the way they looked, but not the cost and hassle of the


upkeep to have them ,


you have to get refills every other week and they break off

Fake nails do a lot of harm. If you don't see it under the fake nails doesn't mean it's not there. When you take off your fake nails, your natural nails are ready to come off too, they are sooo soft and weak. This is why I don't like fake. i have great natural nails as well, but fake look so much more sophisticated and just better.


no i dont really wonder if its doing me harm, they are just fake nails - nothing to it really.

I prefer real nails. Fake are too much maintenance and well ... they're FAKE!
I prefer my real nails, but I know that fake nails aren't bad for you. My mom has been getting fake nails for years and her nails are just fine!
Definite YES to natural nails as fake nails do harm.


I know my aunt have fake nails but after about 8 years, her nails went rough and they seemed to be obviously UGLY
i am priveliged, honestly with beautiful nails.

but i totally understand people doing fake.


yes you are doing damage, but people usually keep using them so you cant see the damage it makes!
