Long natural nails?

I have really long nails, one of them broke way up at the part that is still attached to my skin, and it hurts really bad. Does any one know of a way to repair this without actually just tearing it off, which is impossible because it really is way up.Long natural nails?
OUCH! Go to a nail salon. They may be able to repair it with some gel or acrylic until it grows past your nail bed.Long natural nails?
By the way you describe the break, it sounds as though its beyond repair. So just carefully clip the remaining nail off as close to the break as possible, and then just cover it with a bandaid and let it grow out. It might be a good idea to clean the area well after clipping the remaining nail off, especially if part of your nailbed is exposed, or it bled at all. It won't take all that long to grow out far enough so that you will be able to file and shape the nail and let it grow it out to its original length. But don't tear it off. Thats going to be too painful, and you could end up tearing off more nail than is necessary.
I have repaired my nail before using clear nailpolish and a little piece of a coffee filter... but the best thing to do is to clip your nails a little shorter and then repair it so it doesn't continually get snagged.
all i can say is OUCH. good luck with that though
Owww.

I also have really long nails, and mine once broke just like yours.

Put a bandage over it and just wait until it grows.
just trim your nail down as much as possible, put some peroxide on it and wrap it in a band aid. wait for it to grow out.

about a month ago i knocked my nail off of my car and my entire nail ripped apart from the nail bed (i had really long natural nails with acrylic over it) the doctor told me to wash it so i didnt get infected and just wrap it in a band aid. man did that hurrrt
my aunt is a nail person .lol idk what they are called . but anyways when my nails break she puts glue on it and then goes over the glue with clear nailpolish. i know you said the glue didnt work but try again and put clear nailpolish on. if you dont have clear just use any so that it can make your nail a little thicker and harder. so it wont snag as much. good luck
