I am looking for a full coverage false nail that is super thin for a natural look...any suggestions??

Be natural, just cut your nails, and file them to look like you want. Push back cuticles, clean.... then paint a color, paint the tips a dif color, then clear coat. Drink milk and it will make your nails stronger.
