well mine grow fast and strong runs in my fam. but get this stuff called hard strong it helps you get it at sally's beauty salon but if you like to clean alot water helps your nails grow and washing your hands alot the more water the better if you nails get soft when wet keep 2 caots of nail polish on
They used to say to consume gelatin and it will strengthen your nails and hair. You need to consume more animal fat.
go for regular manicure. this u can do at home itself. clean ur nails with a half-cut lemon, scrub and clean until all the juice is absorbed. wash off and soften ur hand with moisturiser (honey is good softener). lime juice gives strngth and removes any discolouration of ur nails.
before trimming ur nails coat it with any nail coater, this will help u protect ur nails frm breaking.
