if this is a bad oozy infection, yes, it needs immediate attention, but if its just a little pimple type , you can indeed treat it with an anti infection cream for toenails. or jock cream, like the one person said. they are basically the same thing...(hate to tell you, but even vagisil is the same basic cream)

its a fungus, go to walmart and buy a antifungal cream, just like the one they use for jock itch.
