Use regular nail polish remover. The kind that has acetone in it ( it will say ';Non-Acetone'; on it if it doesn't have it in there). She can soak her finger in the liquid for a few minutes and it should come right off by lightly scraping it with an orange stick or a fingernail. try looking at the back and see what it says you might have to call some place.
