Do natural deceptions fake nails ruin your natural nails?

i already put them on but now after reading about plain acrylics i got a bit nervous. a lot of people said that acrylics hurt to take off but i pu these nails on myself and they said they are natural so will it hurt to take them off? and will they ruin my nails? has anyone used these before, taken them off by following the instructions and then your nails tore off or something related to that?Do natural deceptions fake nails ruin your natural nails?
