What natural techniques can I use to make my nails grow strong and just grow!?

Buy one of those seven way nail files (you can find them at just about any store that sells nail products).





Every day, lightly and in one direction shape them with the fine grit part (usually it's the pink section on the file) then lightly smooth it with the buffing part (usually the green section).





Once or twice a week, use every section (except the first two sections which feel like sandpaper and meant for artificial nails) to shape the ends of the nail and to lightly buff/shine the surface of the nail. Rub a little- not a lot just a little that's all you need- jojoba oil on each nail- you can get a bottle of jojoba from any health food store for about 5 dollars.

eat lots of Jell-O and drink lots of water. Also, make sure you file them a little each day to make sure they don't feather, split, crack, etc. which could cause weakness/breakage prematurely.
you can pick up some clear nail polish that keeps your nails strong, and make sure on the bottle it says it helps them grow to, you could probably find some nail polish like this at walgreens or walmart or your salon if you want to get it there.

I haven' used this personally but there are vitamins out that are supposed to very good for strenghtening and helping your nails look healthier. It wouldn't hurt to ask the pharmasist.

you cant make your nails grow any more than you can make your own hair grow.
