Which fake nails are healthier for your natural nails? Acrylic or gel?

I want to get fake nails but I don't want my natural nails to look like crap whenever I finally decide to take the fake ones off. Which ones are healthier?Which fake nails are healthier for your natural nails? Acrylic or gel?

Both will make your real nails look like crap when they come off. Acrylic are the hardest I think. that's what I have. My advice is, if you are concerned about the health and appearance of your natural nails, don't get either. When they are removed they will take off the top layers of your natural nails. You just have to be patient while the natural nails grow out again.
acrylic is NOT good, i repeat..NOT NOT NOT!!! i got acrylics for my index finger when i was in 8th grade, and it completely changed the size and shape of my original index finger....it use to be small!!! now it's ..big
i would say go wit the gel ones. but also the acrylic ones
Acrylic is the best. I have had my nails done for 20 years and they are in very good shape.
I get the gel nails they are better for your nails and they dont tear off layers and layers off of your real nail when you take them off like the acrylic does.





The gel nails also look so much more natural than the acrylic ones.
they're both bad. But I usually go with gel.
