Go to a professional nail salon and ask to have them removed. That's your best bet for preserving your natural nails underneath, though they will still be thin and weak at best. The damage will grow out in two months' time, though.
My first recommendation is to have them removed by a professional that will SOAK them off. DO NOT bite them off or pry them off. That will only damage your nails.

If you want to do it yourself, then use pure acetone. Pour some in a glass bowl and submerge your nails for about 20 minutes. While keeping the nails in the acetone, use an orangewood stick to scrape off the product. If you remove the nails from the acetone it will start to set up and be difficult to remove.

Make sure after soaking them off to use some good hand lotion. Acetone is very drying to the skin.

And one more thing, if there was a gel overlay put on those nails you will have to file the top of the nail to break the seal or no amount of soaking will touch that product.
UMM..... THE IS NO WAY B/C ACETONE HURTS THE NAILS
FOR REMOVING ACRYLIC NAILS, YOU MUST SOAK YOUR NAILS IN NAIL POLISH REMOVER. I RECOMMEND THE NAIL POLISH REMOVER FROM A COMPANY CALLED ';ASK';, WHICH IS IN BURLINGTON, ONTARIO.

YOU CAN ACTUALLY USE OTHER NAIL POLISH REMOVERS TO ACHIEVE THIS TASK BUT REMEMBER THAT YOUR NAILS WILL BE A LITTLE DRY AFTERWARDS AND YOU DONT WANT THAT. YOU WOULD RATHER HAVE YOUR NAILS GROW LONG AND GRACEFUL WITHOUT AND DRYING EFFECTS.

HOPE IT HELPS.
