Which are more natural-looking...acrylic or gel nail extensions?

Iv been stressed out with uni wrk lately and bitten my nails badly-they look terrible! Going to a function at the weekend and would like to get french nail extensions to make them look better. Which are the most natural looking-acrylic or gel?Which are more natural-looking...acrylic or gel nail extensions?
I think gels look more natural, iv had Acrylic, Gels and Fiber Glass and Gels are by far the best.Which are more natural-looking...acrylic or gel nail extensions?
I would stop biting your nails. Then, when they get to a length you like them at, they'll probably break. So use some nail protein or clear nail polish to make them nice and hard (sally's hard as nails product is good). So no fake nails... That damages em. Let them grow, and apply nail strengthener. It makes them shiny to :)

gel nails don't soak off like acrylic.So if you ever wanna have them taken off,you have to file them off.PAiNFUL i must say!!
