Recently i have been growing my nails and i remember why i never grow them because my nails seem discoloured when i grow them, they are never clear just a very light yellow, how can i whiten them? my diet is balanced so im not sure its lack of calcium but will that help?

Hey, you should get the four sided nail buffer in Body Shop - it's really good for buffing and shining nails - your nails will look just like they've been varished, give it a try - you'll love it! Also get some nail/cuticle oil.
their made of protein not calcium, eat lots of protein and they will be healthier and whiter, also you might have fungus under there if they are yellow so you should check that out.
