What artificial nails look most like your natural nail? ?

I work in the health care profession and my real nails are horrible. They are brittle, peel constantly and are so thin they bend backwards when pumping a blood pressure cuff. My nails break down into the quick and I often get infections around my nails I guess from them being so brittle. I have even had ingrown nails on my hands which are nasty and cause me alot of pain. So I have had pink %26amp; white nails before but let them grow off to try and see if maybe my nails would do better. So since I work in the healthcare profession I want something that looks more like my natural nail so that if we were to get inspected or my superiors were to come over they would look like my real nails. Any suggestions???What artificial nails look most like your natural nail? ?
I get the natural coloured ones. They are the ones that look most natural.
