You want to get vitamins that have boitin and keratin in them that are meant for hair skin and nails. In addition nails are made of pure protein so take a look at your own personal diet and see if you need a higher protein intake. try a can of tuna a day, you wont believe the difference!!!

Buy hair skin and nails. It does great things for your nails. They grow faster and stronger and it also helps your hair grow longer and thicker.
I use the nail hardener. You can find it at your local Walmart or any store near you. (Target,Kmart,Walgreens,ect.) It makes your nails harder and longer. Also if you really want your nails healthy you should file your nails regulary.
buy some nail hardener and put it on all the time and just file them so they still look good
I never use any of these products on my nails, I mean never. I never use strengtheners, polishes, or removers on my nails. I use a very very sharp nail clipper and file. I take my daily multi-vitamin and a calcium supplement everyday. More importantly, I do not smoke, I do not drink alcohol, and I do not drink soda pop (even diet). I actually get my recommended daily fruits and vegetables. Obviously, I never bite or chew my nails either. Whenever I have work to do, I wear gloves. Gloves for dishes, laundry, gardening, mopping, and gloves when the weather starts getting crisp and throughout the winter season. Nearly every woman friend I know says I have the best set of nails they have ever seen. People I don't even know in public often ask me if I am sporting real nails or a great French manicure.
